To optimize learning outcomes, our educators diligently cultivate the appropriate atmosphere and ambiance for each class, tailoring it to the desired energy level. We meticulously employ props, backdrops, and lighting to craft immersive and engaging settings. Music, laughter, joy, and a sense of calm permeate the culture we strive to foster in every environment, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for all involved. High energy is cultivated for the dance and music theater classes as well as group sport programs, whilst calm relaxation and ease is fostered for the concentrated programs such as bead making and body care spa.

We run summer camps that usually take place on Saturday or Sundays with two hours of programing either side of a BBQ or buffet lunch. All the programs we run in classes can be held simultaneously in different areas as residents rotate around tables or spaces. Outdoor spaces and ideas such as a Karaoke Stage, Outdoor Movie Theater with hanging lights, and Beach Party vibes with water and bubbles are utilized. We actively encourage the participation of individuals with lower functioning abilities in group settings to foster a sense of community, belonging, and happiness. Our activities cater to the diverse needs of lower-functioning individuals, ensuring they remain engaged and connected within the group atmosphere. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff members are invited to aid with physical limitations and to help identify each individual's preferences and connections to activities. Additionally, we collaborate with local schools to implement a volunteer program, ensuring that each resident receives personalized one-on-one assistance with activities. Volunteers are provided with guidance on connecting with and supporting each resident effectively. Our company prioritizes one-on-one patient connection and engagement, striving to cultivate a culture of meticulous attention to detail in these interactions. The specific activities include:

At the outset of the program, an education consultant will construct an individualized connection profile for each resident. This profile is tailored to reflect the resident's unique preferences and connections. Information from the residents Personal Care Plan, along with input from their primary case worker and observations of their bedroom and home environment, are used to create a highly specific and personalized profile. This profile aids educators in identifying connections for the resident within each activity. It encompasses a range of details, from simple preferences such as favorite colors or animals, to more complex considerations such as physical, mental, and psychological limitations, responses to various stimuli, and levels of engagement with activities.

A comprehensive individual report will be generated for each resident, providing a detailed overview of the development of each skill set on a weekly basis and throughout the entirety of the program. This report serves to track the progress and growth of each resident, offering valuable insights into their advancement in various skill areas over time.
